Does genuine-looking packaging prove a product is authentic?
No. Packaging is a warning screen, not final proof. Visible details can be copied and approved packaging can evolve. The strongest evidence is a direct Green Wealth order record combined with a recognized 12-digit code and consistent batch details.
Does a valid code guarantee the way the product was stored?
No. A recognized code supports identity and traceability in our records; it cannot prove every storage condition after the unit left controlled fulfilment. Do not use a leaking, overheated, damaged, opened, contaminated, or otherwise suspicious unit.
What if a seller says they are an authorized distributor?
