You must not transmit worms, viruses, malicious code or any material designed to interfere with the operation of the site. Any breach of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your access and, where applicable, cancellation of pending orders.

• "Service" — the site, the online store, your customer account, product verification, order tracking and all related communications.
• "You", "customer" — any visitor, browser, purchaser, merchant, vendor or contributor using the Service.
• "Products" — the goods offered for sale on the site, including Neo Hair Lotion, Neo Hair Shampoo, Ghori® Rosemary Mint & Biotin Oil, accessories and bundles.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time. You understand that your content, excluding payment card information, may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and may involve transmission over multiple networks and changes to conform to technical requirements.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written consent. The section headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

• Packaging, batch labelling and authenticity sticker design may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.
• Stated volumes and pack sizes are those declared by the manufacturer.

Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

• Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a scalp condition, or take prescribed medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Individual results vary. Any testimonials, reviews or before-and-after imagery reflect the experience of individual customers and are not a guarantee of outcome.

Units sold through this site carry an authenticity code that can be checked on our verification page. Authenticity support, warranty handling and claims apply only to units purchased from us or from a distributor we have authorised in writing. We accept no responsibility for products acquired from unauthorised sellers or third-party marketplaces. Reselling our products, or using our brand names, images, packaging or trade dress commercially, requires our prior written authorisation.

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the order. Until then we may decline or cancel the order, including where the item is unavailable, the price or description was published in error, the address cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent.

• Payment is taken in the currency displayed at checkout. Card processing is handled by third-party processors; we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Your bank may apply currency conversion or cross-border fees, which are outside our control.
• Where cash on delivery is available, we may require phone or message confirmation before dispatch, and repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in the method being withdrawn for your address.
• Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or voided if abused.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or that involve the same customer, payment method or address in unusual volume. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to update your email, address and payment details promptly so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Some features require an account. Sign-in is available by one-time email code or, if you set one, a password.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email inbox, one-time codes and password.
• One-time codes are single-use and expire shortly after issue. Never share a code with anyone, including anyone claiming to be our staff.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or close an account used in breach of these Terms.

Delivery timeframes, shipping charges, customs duties and claim procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Transit times are courier estimates and not guarantees. Import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you supply; it is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address and a reachable phone number.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: a 7-day change-of-mind window applies to unopened, sealed goods in resaleable condition; defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are remedied at our cost; and certain items, including opened cosmetics, hygiene accessories, custom or wholesale consignments, sale items and gift cards, are not returnable.

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which they are provided by the relevant third-party provider.

Our authenticity verification and order tracking tools are provided for legitimate customer use. You must not submit automated, bulk or randomised queries, attempt to enumerate codes or order numbers, circumvent rate limiting, or use these tools to build a competing dataset. We monitor usage and may block access where abuse is detected.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ghori Trading LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism, sanctions, government action, customs delay, border closure, strikes, courier or carrier failure, power outage, or failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms; such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Service, or by ceasing to use our site. If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

These Terms, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting our support team. Failing resolution within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
