Shipping Policy

Welcome to the shipping policy of Ghori Trading LLC. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined here.

1. General

We strive to keep our stock levels updated, but in rare cases there may be a discrepancy. If we cannot fulfil all the items in your order, our team will contact you with updates and alternative solutions.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the shipment. These charges are added at the time of purchase and are final.

3. Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of your order and vary depending on the destination country.

4. Returns

We accept returns due to change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and approve the return, a store credit or coupon code will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Domestic Transit Time: Local deliveries in all GCC countries typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
  • International Transit Time: International orders generally take 7–10 business days.
  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment.
  • Change of Delivery Address: You can update your delivery address by contacting us via email before dispatch.
  • P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services for prepaid orders only.
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item is unavailable, we will wait for restock before dispatching.
  • Delivery Delays: If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, please contact us.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it upon delivery and contact us immediately. If delivered in your absence, contact us with photos of the damaged shipment, product, and packaging for assistance.

7. Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Included in the price of the goods displayed on our website.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: May apply for international orders on arrival in your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

9. Insurance

  • Damaged Parcels: We will replace or refund your order once the courier completes their investigation (approximately 7–10 business days).
  • Lost Parcels: A refund or replacement will be processed once the courier confirms the package has been lost.
